It’s taken me a very long time to come out with my review of the Fuji-film X-F1. The reason is because I didn’t know if I wanted to give it a thumbs up, or thumbs sideways. It’s definitely not a thumbs down. So let’s start off with my conclusion: It’s a thumbs up. It’s a great camera that has the potential to become an even greater camera. Let’s see why I feel this way in this full review… Here are the things that I really liked about the camera: -compact size -larger than normal 2/3″ sensor (same as X-10) -manual zoom lens -nice focal length zoom of 25-100mm equiv and F1.8 at wide -retro styling (a matter of taste) -lots of cool filters and advanced functions -Fn button and E-Fn secondary functions make camera highly customizable Here are some of the negatives and/or things I would like improved: -buried features (try finding RAW) -confusing menu system (easy to get lost!) -lots of AF errors -No real-time RAW editing in camera -Not as solidly built as rest of X-series cameras (feels l
